Well this is going to be quite a long review but if your looking for a company this is the review you need to read.I was having a new kitchen fitted 2 weeks ago when I realised I need all new piping leading to the new sink. Everything stopped. I rang around a few gas companys and after only a couple of hours Bespoke came to my home. Stephen and Matthew were amazing. Very knowledgable and wanted to help us the best they could considering the short time frame we had and everything was on hold because all the pipes were leaking. Although it was Matts day off the following day with being a weekend he came the following day and worked 6 hours replacing everything for me.In the next breath Stephen realised the new worktop was wrong size and it would be no good once all the new pipes were fitted. Stephen stepped in again and because it was going to cost nearly £200 to deliver then next day Stephen got a van big enough and drove to Darlington to pick it up for me. This was an hour round trip to collect and drop off to me. This was above and beyond their job role but his priority was to help me.I will never use any other company going forward and if you like the personal touch these guys are for you and you won't be disappointed.Thank you so much guys you saved my life that weekend its much appreciated🌟🌟🌟🌟🌟

Did exactly what they said they were going to do, good service turned up on time. Very polite left everything clean swept up after themselves. Gave a complete breakdown on parts and prices. Definitely will use again. A special mention to debbie on the phone who was very polite and informative.

I live in Sunderland and I came back from work late on the evening to find that my boiler was leaking. I phoned up at about 12:20am and the woman who answered (I think her name was Debbie?) was really helpful and understanding as I had only just moved out on my own for the first time and was a bit confused about the boiler. They sent Stephen out shortly after and he arrived a little over an hour later and fixed the problem in around 30 minutes. He was also very helpful and gave me advice on how to sort this out with my landlord. Overall, a very good experience with this company and will definitely use them again in the future if I have any more issues with the boiler.

I can’t recommend Bespoke Heating highly enough. Our boiler stopped working on Thursday we were without hot water, I read positive reviews and contacted bespoke heating, Debbie answered and was so friendly and reassured me that somebody would come over the same day to diagnose the fault. Debbie let me know what time the engineer would arrive and sent me an email confirming the appointment. Matthew, arrived on time and ran through a series of diagnostics, he found the fault and checked everything thoroughly. Although there was a series of major faults, Stephen talked me through the options of repairing or replacing. For us, replacing was the way to go but they completely understood this was not always an affordable option and there was no pressure, no sales pitch, it was refreshing. We had the quotes for all options the same day (thank you Debbie). Once we’d decided, the new boiler was in and working by Sunday (3 days after the initial call out), Matthew and Dan were amazing. I’m so glad I decided to make the call, 5 star service from an amazing team.

I live in Harrogate and Bespoke Heating have just fitted a Baxi Combination boiler with Hive internet controls and a full power flush as we had major issues with sludge. Debs in the office taking the calls is very professional and was always keeping me informed, the lads were absolutely great to have around and the job is top notch. Steve, Matt and Dan are so polite, and full of important information about the heating system and how it works: I would and will recommend Bespoke to anybody as they are a true professional company. Matthew arrived at my house (Bassleton lane) to fix a gas pipe I had screwed into. He came with everything they needed to fix it. There was no second appointment, no additional charges. Fantastic service from Bespoke Heating North East! Had an emergency boiler issue in the evening, and they attended within the hour. Absolutely fantastic service from the first phone call with Debbie to the very end conversation!!Debbie asked the problems, make and model of the boiler and within a 5minute phone call booked us in.Stephen was then at the door within 3.5hours from booking the appointment, within 15mins found the problem and then half hour later problem fixed, showed us the part changed and the problem with it. And most of all my grandmas heating back working again all in 1hour!Absolutely lovely genuine bloke and will most definitely be using again in the future and I will be recommending to anyone else who has boiler problems.Thanks again to the both of you for fixing my grandmas boiler and getting her warm again 😁

We had an emergency on 2nd January where my 92 year old dad's heating wasn't working after returning from a holiday. A big concern to ensure he was safe and warm. After trying other options existing to us with no success, Bespoke Heating NE were responsive and with us within an hour of our emergency call. Deborah (owner) was helpful and supportive. The fitter who attended (Stephen) was courteous and diligent and talked us through the issue so we could follow up accordingly with our existing service provider.As a matter of fact, we'll be considering Bespoke for our future service support, on the back of fast and courteous service, solid solution and mainly emergency support that we know we can access accordingly.

I would recommend this company to anyone! My boiler completely broke down very shortly before Christmas, Debbie our point of contact was in constant communication with myself with updates, time of arrival, breakdown of works and what was required which was great to have. The engineers Steve, Matt & Dan who carried out the works were great very professional and worked to a very high standard explaining what was happening each step of the way from start to finish and how to use the system efficiently.To have the works done 2-3 days before Christmas was great service and not rushed and at no point were we made to feel that this was inconvenient.We now have a brand new system very reasonably priced and will certainly be using this company again for future works planned.A massive thanks to all involved if I could rate higher I would!

I called bespoke initially as I was worried about noises from my boiler and I already knew that I potentially needed a whole new central heating system after other professionals had visited. I was pleased that they came out straight away and I was very grateful as I was very anxious I was made to feel very reassured by the engineers which influenced my decision to have them do the central heating repiping.Both engineers where very professional explained everything to me and the work was very good with no mess at all Debbie who organised everything from the beginning was lovely and kind and kept me updated at all timesI would highly recommend these guys without a doubt thank you

I read positive reviews online and found my experience matched what was described.Debbie in the office was very friendly and eager to help and managed to get an engineer out the same day. After a false carbon monoxide alarm resulted in the gas being shut off, I called Bespoke to check my boiler and gas line to ensure all was safe. The customer service when booking the appointment was friendly and communicative, and the service provided by Bespoke was thorough and efficient. Very friendly and efficient. I called from Saltburn for a leak on the boiler, Debbie was friendly and helpful from the start. She offered to send someone straight away and explained the process and price. They diagnosed the fault straight away and I received an email quote for the full repair within minutes. Once I agreed to the price they returned and fixed within a couple of hours and cleaned up after. They answered questions and gave good advice and recommendations. I would highly recommend and will be using again if I have any further problems.
